To achieve this aim, the study was conducted on a sample of 40 players belonging to three different teams in different geographical areas. These teams were; AL-Al- Measurements of Ileamoglobin, Glucose, total Iron Binding capacity, Cholesterol, Lactate dehydrogenase, Triglyceride, Ilematocrete and Insulin prior and post exercise were made.
